-explanation and/or picture of the issue
-picture of the full problematic faucet
-picture of the full problematic faucet showing the brand name, “DURA” etched on the faucet
-the address where you would like the replacement parts sent.
-copy of the receipt of purchase, if you have one

Even if you don’t want to make a warranty claim but would rather just have help finding the parts that you need the picture of the faucet and of the brand name, “DURA” will help us make sure we are both talking about the same faucet.
